Aetheric Renovation Collective Limited aims to handle personal information with care and only where there is a clear reason to do so. This page explains the information you may choose to share when you use this website or contact ARC.

Information you choose to provide

If you email ARC or use a contact form, you may choose to provide your name, email address, project details or other information relevant to your enquiry. We use that information to understand and respond to your message. Contact forms on this version of the site prepare an email in your own email application; the information is not submitted to a separate website database by that action.

Local-only tools

Some tools run in your browser and are not sent to ARC unless a page says otherwise. They do not create an account and they do not save drafts to ARC servers.

  • Practical Help tools stay in this page until you copy, download a text file, or leave.
  • The Forge idea tools stay in this page until you choose to submit an enquiry through your own email application.
  • The Root of Wellbeing Foundation Check stays in this browser tab only.
  • Journal writing is cleared when the page is loaded or restored, unless you copy it or save a text file on your own device.
  • The 21-Day Renovation can remember which days you marked done in this browser. That record is not sent to ARC.
  • Eating Chamber tools for a 3-day sketch, a shopping list and leftover reuse stay in this page. Copying or saving a text file happens on your device.
  • Mycelial field notes and walk notes stay in this page unless you copy them or save a text file.

Cook from what you have

The Eating Chamber recipe helper sends the ingredients, optional avoid list and time preference only when you press Find recipes. That request is used to generate meal ideas and is not stored as an account, history or profile on this website. Local Eating tools do not use that route.

External mushroom identifier

The Mycelial Network embeds a third-party mushroom identifier at mushroom-identifier-ai.vercel.app. Photos and other information submitted inside that frame are processed by the external service under its own terms. ARC does not operate that service, does not control how long it keeps images, and does not treat its output as an ARC scientific or edibility determination. A full-page link is also provided so the tool can be used outside the embed.

Membership and payments

Membership checkout is provided through an external payment provider. Payment information is handled by that provider under its own privacy and security arrangements. ARC does not receive or store full payment-card details through this website.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, provide requested support, manage a relationship or improve ARC’s services and website. ARC does not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only where it is necessary to provide a requested service, meet a legal obligation or work with a trusted service provider that supports the relevant activity. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can ask what information ARC holds about you, request corrections or ask for deletion where applicable. To make a privacy request, email info@aetheric-renovation.com.

This notice may be updated as ARC’s services, membership systems or website features develop. The latest version will always be available on this page.
